What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Idaho
I am really at a loss with what I need to do. My husband and I were married here in Idaho (he's american I am canadian), back in March '05, and we have a 16 month old son. I was told to apply for the I-130 and the I-129F form (I-129F to allow me in the country quicker?). Well a month ago the I-129F was approved and I should be getting my appointment next month. Meanwhile my I-130 was approved last week. So my first question would be do I still go through the I-129F process even though I am now going through the I-130? If so does it mean that I will have to do 2 medicals, 2 police checks, 2 visits to the west coast? Are both meetings going to be in Canada? Also when can I move and live with my husband in the US? Another concern is for my son. He didn't have his US paperwork until about 2 months ago, he now has a US and a Canadian passport. SO does he have to go through any of the immigration that I have to go through? Yikes!
Sincerely
lost and confused
