What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? After applying for a k1 visa and getting approved, I now see that I needed a copy of my birth certificate that I miss spelled my middle name by one letter. Will this be an issue when it's time for the interview at the embassy (Manila)? Thanks for any input.

Take all your paperwork to the US Embassy in Manilla so they can advise you and facilitate your travel to the US for marriage in a timely manner.
