    mom seeking help

What is the name of your state? kansas well my case itīs not simple but i' ll be short, i was married to an resident alien for 9 years we got 4 children, all of them were born in the us ,then we got divorced and he told me that my visa process was stopped ,one of our children is phisically disabled and i receive medicaid , she was diagnosed cerebral palsy, since I'm living in mexico i donīt have the same acces to the services she needs, I recently applied for a tourist visa in order to take my daughter to a qualified doctor, but i was denied that privilege so, my question is ; Is there any chance that i can get a special permit to take her and see a doctor, if so what is the procedure? I donīt have the intention to comeback to the states ,all i need is to take my daughter to a doctor's check!!

You can apply and if you can provide sufficient documentation of the child's illness and the fact that you intend to return to Mexico, you might be issued a visa to enter the US. It is definitely worth a try.
    Thanks,
