Hi I wanted to know if a Restraining Order or a civil case filed against you for some money owed or a civil judgement in such a case against you in any way will be an obstacle in getting a green card.Do this constitute an act of moral turpitude?

You are only talking about the punishments but you are not explaining what the underlying charge, arrest or conviction is for. Please clarify.
