What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN

My latest service request states that they're reviewing possible issuance of NTA. Please schedule an InfoPass.
Has anyone had similar correspondence like this and could you please explain what it means and entails? Do I just show up and see what happens?
Does InfoPass have to be the physical location where the service request originates or can I go to any other satellite offices?

It is very frustrating that the previous service request said my next step is the oath ceremony, but now the last one changed wording completely. FYI, it's been 9 months since I went and passed the N400 interview.
