I am an American citizen due to my mom that was born in the State but left it to Israel when she was 19 yr (I was born In Israel).
My two older kids (that was born in Israel) Has an American Citizenship since we went threw the n600-k procedure last year.
On 7/2/07 we have been Relocated to California by my husband's job.
The question is about my third son (1.5 yr) since he is on l-2 visa now.
What is the best way to take out Citizenship for him?
Will it be aproblem to fill a n600k form for him?
