| Enter country illegally made you ineligible to apply for greencard. And sorry to point it out that you made so many dumb decisions: -Enter US without inspection which will bar from AOS -Got pregnant without health insurance and job -Dating a felon What the heck do u think? |

Emma: If you are staying in a shelter, this guy isn't looking after you--why would you want to marry that? Consider returning to Canada where you'll have resources and at least have health care for yourself and babe. There is no immigration solution for you other than marriage to a USC, which must not be solely for the immigration benefit. Last edited by m martin; 05-06-2008 at 07:55 PM. |

…. First of all her baby was a blessing from God, NO kid is a mistake. Second, she did not enter illegally, she overstay… which is different (read first) Third, she may be dating a felon, so what? Maybe she likes that guy and he is Good to her! So…. I would suggest to married someone for love not for immigration purposes since it could harm you back really bad. If you love this guy and he loves you back and you guys want to start a family, Immigration does not look at the background of the petitioner (whish is the applicant, in this case your husband) but they will look at yours. So…. If that is the problem I don’t think you have one. If I am mistaken someone could correct me. Good Luck! |
