What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN
Has anyone experience to serve an NTA? I never got the letter yet but was told by immigration officer it's coming.
Normally how long does it take to get the NTA? I asked because it has been 2 months now and I still don't see the NTA letter.
Most strangely, I live in TN, but the file is in OK. Does anyone know why that is? Why is OK having jurisdiction over TN?
