OPT filing - CPT problem

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

I am graduating in December 2009 and planning to file my OPT next week. My problem is I worked in a Company A on CPT. During my CPT my company accountant who handles 3 company's accounts which has same owner by mistake run my paycheck on diffrent company's name. I returned them the check and got another check with company A .

Will there be any problem when I file for OPT as another companys name may there in Social Security Report
