OPT H1-B TransferMA I am on OPT till Oct 2008. My H1 recently got approved from company A. I no longer work for company A and now they want to cancel my H1, and do not wish to provide me with any INS documents. I have joined company B which is willing to file for a H1 B approval / transfer. Can I file for a transfer using only an EAC number for the previos H1 ? What all documents do i need to submit for H1 transfer to the new company ? I do not have paystubs / I 797 from company A. Can I take consider any sort of legal option against company A for not providing the requisite INS documents ? |

| Yes, you can do a transfer on the basis of the EAC number.
