Hello. I have couple questions for OPT and how company can pay them.

I hire couple people who is in status of OPT. Both of them have been working since June 15th. They applied OPT and received the acceptance letter from Immigration in april, but they have not received the OPT card. One of them don't have SSN yet. How can I pay them without any conflict? Please some once tell how can i pay them?

You actually are not supposed to be employing them until after they actually receive the OPT EAD.
