What is the name of your state? oh

I did come here from germany on a visa waiver program.i did get married to an us citizien during this time i also gave birth to my son here in the us.now my i 94 form my tourist visa is expired.so i got a 2 months overstay already can i still file for aos or do i get denied and deported cause about my overstay.thank u for any advise

No, if you are now married, then you can simply apply for adjustment of status on the basis of your marriage. You will not be deported.
