Parents of US CitizenWhat is the name of your state?CA me and my wife are foreigners and we born our child in United States on 2004 on California during my visit for USA. our child has American Passport , but while we are renewing our B1 Visa at the embassy in Egypt , the consular refused to renew the VISA as we have our baby in the united states. my questions is: Is my child has rights to enter USA with us ? and how if we can't issue a Visa at all? |

| Your child is able to travel to the US as a US citizen, of course, but since your child is small, he/she cannot travel on his/her own, of course. However, the mere fact that your child is a US citizen does not give you an automatic right to be issued a visa to enter the US.
