I filed for change of status through marriage back in 2003. Up till now I have not received my green card. My lawyer keeps stringing me around. The last time I talked to her she said she mailed a request for status with USCIS and was informed my case was send to the anti fraud unit. Anybody knows how long this cases take?? or what I need to do to follow up it up
