Is premium processing applicable to cases with "RFE response review"

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Hi,

I applied my H1B application using regular processing, after some time i converted the same to premium processing. I got an RFE immediately and my attorney has replied for the RFE, now the status has changed to "RFE response review". My question is, will the premium processing still applicable for the RFE review or not? USCIS has received my response on Oct 31st, will i know the status by Nov 21st?
