Re-entry to US with a Valid Visa

Hi Guys

I am an Indian Citizen in US on an L1 Visa,
The Validity of my L1 Visa is till September 2009.
Also renewal date of my L1 Visa is January 2009.

But due to some personal reason I want to Visit india for 3 weeks.

1.Would there be any problem while i return Back to US ?
2.Do i have to Re-stamp my Visa at Indian embassay since i have returned once to India?
3.are there any other obligation ?

If you have a valid visa, there is no need to go to the Embassy. You just use the visa to reenter the US.
