What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I'm petitioning for my wife and 2 sons (2 years old and 3 months old). They are in the Philippines. I know that I need to fill out a I-130 form for each person. I believe I need to fill out a G-325A form for each person too. Are there any other forms? What do I need from my wife and sons? Copies of marriage certificate, birth certificates, proof my my U.S. Citizenship (is my passport and naturalization certificate enough?), is there anything else? How many copies do they need, 3-5? I also believe I need passport photos of my wife and kids if this only for the G325A or also for the I-130? Thanks. I just need a complete checklist of what I need to get this done.
