What is the name of your state? FL

Hi, we received an email from USCIS today stating that our case of Green card removal conditions was transfer from Texas to Vermont. We file for I751 on June 2007, we received a NOA on July 10 2007 and the biometrics were done on August 10 2007. So after about 8 months they transfer our case. this means that Vermont will be faster processing our case? or means that we are back on the line with everyone else waiting..... ??? What should we expect!?

Through bi-specialization, they are transferring certain files to the Service Centers which will now handle these types of cases. It does not mean it will be any faster or any slower. This is just a notification to you that this is what is being done. If selected for interview, the case will still need to be transferred to the local USCIS office for the interview.
