What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Dad's tourist visa expired in October 2016 (multiple entry, w/o a set number of entries), and we are planning for him to visit this July. What are the restrictions in term of entry? He is staying from June 28 to July 27th, 2016. Does the rule "has to have six months of validity" (similar to a passport) apply here? Thanks!

Did you mean to say expired in October 2015, rather than 2016? If 2016 is correct then there is not a problem. If 2015 is the correct date then he needs a new visa.

Hi there, no it's expiring in October 2016 so I guess he still can come visit. Thanks!
