if i am granted TPS (Nepal) and marry a South American lady, does she qualify for the TPS benefits i get?

since i am an asylum applicant and suppose if i am granted green card can i apply for her green card also? please clarify.

That would be assessed on a case by case basis by a judge. The most likely answer is no. If you are a refugee fleeing persecution or unrest, how did you have time to hook up with a girlfriend from another country, court her, and marry her, before needing asylum. You could have married her and gone to her country.
