At this point, I don't know how I can really help you since I'd need you to sign a form indicating that you agree to my representing you for the USCIS in order for me to submit a request to reschedule on your behalf and since I'd need an original signature on that form for the USCIS, you might as well send them an original request from your own name. It's not a problem for you to send it via overnight courier such as FedEx or DHL.
