V-visa

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? California


1. I had filled i-130 on march 22, 2002 for my wife living out side US and she is waiting for her visa. Now i would like to get v-visa for her. So this is to ask you if she is eligeble for v-visa after march 22, 2005.

No, she is not eligible for the V visa. For that you would have had to have a I-130 filed before December 2000, I believe. Are you a green card holder? If so, how did you get your green card status? Why did you not include your wife on that application at the time of applying?
