H4 extension (I-539) - Notice Date : July 2006 - validity Oct 10, 2006 - Oct 10, 2009
H1B (I-129) - Notice Date : Sept 2006 - validity Oct 1, 2006 - Oct 1, 2009


Question:

Does the H1B with a later Notice Date (Sept 2006) SUPERCEDE the H4 extension with Notice Date July 2006? What will be my status now?
