But please, humor me? Why would the immigrant want to use your service/s?

(seriously. You might have a great reason, but I'm just not seeing it)

And for what it's worth, there was absolutely no reason for rudeness and/or hostility.

That is some very good information. Thank you for the link.

Most foreign nationals, upon arriving here or anywhere else for that matter, know of no one, have no one to assist them in their transitions in cultures and anything else involved in going to a new place. There will be someone here from their own country to offer them advice and assist in anything they might need to make them more comfortable. I know that when I moved to Mexico last year, there were no Americans around anywhere where I was. I know what it's like, so this is where the idea of the company comes in.

I don't offer up rudeness or hostility unless it's given in the previous post. The comments in the previous post were unwarranted. I just give back what I get. Nothing fancy.

My company will be providing housing and transportation, basic necessities, things of the sort, to facilitate a smooth transition for the employee after they arrive.

And frankly, I don't a damn about how many other agencies there are out there that provide some services to foreign nationals. What I do care about is the safety and well-being of the foreign national during the first few months after their arrival.

I will not be responsible for anything other than getting them from the airport to here, and to work and back every day.

And if you knew the first thing about reading a post before replying with words that make you look like an idiot, you wouldn't have replied as you have. Some people don't know when to shut up before they remove all doubt I guess.
Yeah, since I work for an agency that does sponsor visas.

and you dont.

you must be correct.

If all you are doing is providing a taxi/hotel service, why did you even bother to bring up visa sponsorship??

So you have this wealth of knowledge about sponsorship and visa's, and instead of sharing what you know, you chose to try to elevate yourself at my expense, except that didn't work, so now you're back taking a second stab at it.

While I said I was "aware of some of the legalities", I didn't say all, because that would make me look like the idiot here. Thank you for saving me from that. Whew!

and I'll drop the puppy off at your place. You still don't have a clue as to what this was all about. Let me know what you name it.
