Visistation rights

Philadelphia- PA-
I WENT TO US IN 1997 , STAYED THERE FOR 9 YREAS , UNTIL FEBRUARY 2006. I WAS MARRIED TO A CITIZEN AMERICAN WOMAN, AND WE HAVE A CHILD TOGETHER, I HAVE MY DAUGHTER IN THE , I HAVEN'T SEEN HER FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS. I REALY MISS MY LITTLE BABY.

MY EX-WIFE WILL NOT LE ME TALK TO HER. I ALREADY WROTE EMAILS, CALLED HER A LOTS OF TIMES , AND SHE JUST DENIED MY PARTENITY TO MY DAUGHTER..
I'M IN BRAZIL RIGHT NOW, I'M SURE MU LITTLE GIRL IS MISSING ME TOO.
I HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE MY GREENCARD, SO SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT..
MY EX-WIFE KNEW THATI COULDN'T GET ANOTHER JOB BECAUE OF MY STATUS ,AND EVEN KNOWING SHE PUT ME ON COURT FOR CHILD SUPPORT, I JUST COULDN'T PAY WHAT SHE ASKED ME FOR, SHE WANTED ONE THIRD OF MY PAY CHECK , SO I HAD TO COME BACK TO BRAZIL.
PLEASE !!! COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO SEE MY DAUGHTER AGAIN!!!
My daughter has 9 years old right now Shes living in Philadelhia My ex-wife filled a child support at philadelphia court family.
Right now i'm not paying child support. I have Partial Custody of my daughter, that is filled i at the Philadelphia Court.
I'm in Brazil- Sao Paulo right now and the money i'm making doesn't mach what the asked over there in the USA
.
At that time i was there in USA i used to make more money... but i make just about to live and pay bills in here.
My deepeast desire is to have all that money and i wouldn't have no problems at all in paying child support .

When i was in the USA i was working and paying taxes for 8 years at the same company, i used to pay my income tax and everything else was good , i have my social security and my driving licence is valid untill 05/2009.
When i was hired by the company in 1997 they didn't asked for my social secury card , they just asked me if i knew the number so i gave them, and there i stayed for 8 years. i would stay more if wasn't for her putting in to court, but thats ok.
Was just that when she filled for child support i got scared because i was suppost to pay 1/3 of my monthly salary ,and that would cause me to not even afford to have a life in the USA anymore .
Can you please help me? Please!!! I'm sure my little girl is missing me too... Thank you very much for your atttetion and have a nice day!
