I am not sure that you are asking the question that you really want answered. A wedding invitation can simply be mailed so far as I know.

Are you really asking what forms does a person who wants to visit the United States, from India, need to complete?

wedding invitation to India

Me and my father would like to invite few of my relatives from India to my wedding in Tx.

Do I have to send form I-134, Affidavit of Support with my wedding invitation? If yes, can my father send the Form I-34 to my relatives or it has to be me who send the Form 1-34?

What document do they (my relatives in India) need to apply for a visa to attend my wedding in U.S.?
