Dears,My name is Feras AlMasoud, I entered the US 4 months ago with F1 student visa and Im still in the college, on September 1st I got married to my wife and we applied for the adjustment of status and the work authorization on October 1st, I havent received my approval yet but the notice will be received within 1 week as the USCIS mentioned to me, My wife now asking for divorce because I have no enough money for her and for her child since she will get more from the government help and since Im not working because Im a student but our marriage went in good faith and we fell in love each other before even the marriage, Also I sent the pictures of our marriage and a couple of receipts and everything we shared like the bank account and the apartment lease .What is my options now if I want to get my green card and what if I got my EAD before the divorce?Thank you.
