texas, i was a supervisor for a state agency and one of my female subordinates flashed her breasts and allowed me to take a picture which she showed to other employees. now she alleges she was coerced. what should i do?

1. Hold tight. Investigations do not happen overnight.
2. Answer truthfully when asked questions by investigators about the situation. Acknowledge whatever part you had in the events. Truth is your best defense.
3.Understand that your actions were inappropriate. So were hers, but you are only responsible for your own.
