Tulane University/Ada

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

This problem is rather complicated involving the Family Leave Act, ADA law and receiving a time extension to file a complaint due to extenuating circumstances involving my health which affected my ability to file within the legal time restriction, questionable accounting on audit paper of Tulane University $1.7 million endowment lost involving their medical school , leading to harrassement, lost of my job as Tulane University's Pooled Endowment Accountant after being employed by them for 17 years where I rose from staff accountant to senior accountant in charge of Endowments with me ending on disability for Multiple Sclerosis. Before proceeding further outlining the details is there anyone who believes that I have a chance going against an education foundation such as Tulane University?

I quickly read your note, and I recalled a very famous discrimination case at our University regarding a staff member with MS. I googled "multiple sclerosis vs. ECU", and I found this. I quickly read it. It might help you. My heart went out to this guy when it was on the news here and all in the papers. I may even go back now (now that I've seen your case here and it has refreshed my memory on this particular case below) and read his personal accounting of it all. I'll go back to google as well and see what else I might find on this particular case.

The fact that you have a "filing time frame" issue..... whew.... you would definitely need an attorney to advise you with respect to whether or not a condition of MS could be used to argue that point.
