What is the name of your state? kentucky i work for the state i have a documented disibility with restrictions i worked ofr 6months under them i went in hospital and went back to work for 4 days and was called at home and told not to return to work until i am 100%. i worked and had no proublems doing my work i did all that was required of my job dutys administration wont give a inch on letting me return to work after several times asking for accomidations even under ada guidelines. my disibility is of pulmonary nature.
