Anyone represent yourself during EEOC mediation against your employer

Accident - Bankruptcy - Criminal Law / DUI - Business - Consumer - Employment - Family - Immigration - Real Estate - Tax - Traffic - Wills   Please click a topic or scroll down for more.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

After my terrible experiences with lawyers I'm thinking about going thru EEOC mediation without an attorney just represent myself since I've been burned 2 times already.

Anyone ever go thru EEOC mediation on your own without legal represenation? If so, what was your experience?

Thank you

No, but**************.....

As someone on another board says, going into any trial, arbitration, mediation, etc. with a switchblade when your opponent has a machine gun, just isn't wise.
