I was hired w/carpal tunnel and tennis elbow but because I was not permitted to wear my braces I acquired a new condition called golfers elbow. I am in the settlement phase now what is the legal percent I can ask on my annual base salary.

Jetx's point is that there is no legal limit on what you can ASK for, although there may be a legal limit on what you can receive. You also aren't necessarily going to get everything you ask for, no matter what it is.
