Class AssignmentWhat is the name of your state? Georgia I am working on my masters degree at Capella University out of Minnesota. I have a class assignment that I need to have an attorney assist me with. This was suppose to be set up as an interview. By the way I am currently studying Business Ethics and a HR major. But, I've been having alot of problems trying to find someone who has some time to assist me. I have 10 sexual harassment questions that I must submit, infact they are already late. Could someone please help me? Thanks so much. My questions are: Preliminary list of 10 questions I would ask the attorney. 1. What is the trend in harassment cases. Has it decreased or increased over the last few years? 2. What do you think caused the increase or decrease in claims? 3. Are businesses required to provide training regarding this issue? 4. Have there been any cases wherein there was a relationship went bad and in retaliation one of the parties filed a sexual harassment claim? 5. If so, what was the outcome? 6. Can terms of endearment be considered harassment? 7. What is the punishmentif found guity of harassment? 8. When is harassment considered discrimination? 9. If your supervisor treats you different from other employees as a result of some disagreement. He/she is makes you feel very uncomfortable by the way you are treated. Is this harassment? 10. What can be done in this type of situation? Can you file a claim? |
