my dad has been demoted due to age and ill health from director to store person and is receiving £12500 less pay - they want him to sign a contract to say he has dimensure although medical tests have not confirmed this - he also will not receive any redundancy when they retire him next year - could he have a case if he goes to see a solicitor?
