 e mails sent to jeopardize employmentnew york- First Class sex offender, spent one year in jail, for consensual sex with minor, has no restrictions. One person, in general, keeps sending e mails to employers where this person is working, who then get scared of the "sex offender" tag and terminate employment. This person is also gifted musician and the e mailer also sends e mails to theaters he is musical director of and this causes termination. This has happened four times already!!!! Is this harrasement? Can anything be done to stop this person? | As long as what he is saying is true, then there is no legal recourse. Sex offender status is public information.
