EEOC Verdict Received, next step

My wife was wrongfully terminated in July 2008 and per the EEOC was terminated due to race (white). What kind of damages could be recouped from a settlement standpoint?
Also does other life factors contribute to the settlement amount? Such as she being pregnant at the time

Thanks
Brian

No one can answer that. It isn't a verdict by the EEOC, it is a finding and in order for your wife to see any monies, she is going to have to sue the employer, unless the employer goes to mediation. Unless the EEOC determined that her pregnanacy was part of why she was wrongfully terminated, it is irrelevant.
