I just received my annual evaluation, one point of the evaluation where I am evaluated on how I perform in interpersonal conflicts with co-workers and client I was highly criticized for not attending social fuctions. I have excellent working relationship with my co-workers and clients. Can my employers legally give me a low evaluation score for not attending social functions?
