FMLA harassmentWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Carolina I am a supervisor at my company. I have an employee who had surgery and went out on FMLA. She did not give me a potential return date. Our human resources manager would not give me a potential return date. I sent a text messge to the employee asking her if she had a tentative date to return to work. Is this considered harassment? What are the guidelines that i have as her supervisor? |

| I wouldn't, and doubtful that the law would, but if your boss thinks you shouldn't do it, then you shouldn't.
