My employer has forced us to take our pictures to send to customers after our visit to that house. Almost a week after the pictures we received a relaese form to sign so they can use our pictures. I do not want my picture used however I was told that I must sign it or I will lose my job. If they are asking for MY permission and I say no then I can lose my job over this? Also note that I work in a union who says there is nothing that they can do.

Can anyone help me?What is the name of your state?

**A: keep your job by wearing a Halloween mask of Hillary Clinton when the picture is taken. Geez, I have heard of picture taking of escorts for sex but what's your job?
