What is the name of your state? iowa

I work for a retail business and have a new manager, i am the assistant manager i have seen the new manager be unfair to another employee that doesn't deserve it she has done nothing wrong has been written up twice for the same things other employees have done. she the manager has also made comments to others about the way she dresses which is very nice and professional. i believe that she is harassing her because she is small and cute and the manager is not.

Is there a question in there?

If it's whether the manager's treatment of this employee constitues unlawful harassment, the answer is no.
