| Is this Harassment Although my place of business has a Non-Solicitation Policy, the manager in charge has permitted selling for several years.
Recently one employee wrote an anonymous note to a Regional manager pointing out one specific employee who sells beauty products. The regional manager gave the note to our manager instructing her to put out a memo re-instuting the policy.
The employee in question requested a copy of this note since it pointed her out directly and feels this was a direct harassment against her by the anonymous person.
The manager would not give her a copy stating it was turned in confidentially. How is something confidential if it is not signed?
Does this employee have any rights to this note since it has her name on it.
Is the facility responsible for the actions of other employees, is this harassment?
