Is this harrassment?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa.
my daughter is dating an older man and the people she was working with (they fired her today) were making unwelcomed comments about her dating an older man and the owner did nothing about it except made up reasons to fire her? Is this not a form of harrassment?
