Harrassment from former employer

I worked as an independent contractor for a company based in florida. Most of my work was done online. Since leaving this company, I gained employment as an independent contractor with another company. my previous boss has now found out and enters public chat rooms online where I am and is giving out my personal information. Such as complete name, photos of me and even offered my address. IN a public chat room and to my personal clients.

Is this legal? The business I am in, you do not give out personal information such as this because of the dangers. Please help me. He and one of his employees are doing this daily and it is hurting my business. They are making false accusations against me also, which is hurting my business.
