i am in a relationship with another manager in my company. i was in the relationship prior to our company being bought and was upfront from day 1. at one point we were allowed to marry but the policy now changed to if we get married one of us has to leave. is this discrimination?

The new ownership is free to set their own policies regarding this. Some employers don't have a problem with family members and spouses working at the same place; others do. As IAAL stated, you've got nothing.
