My boyfriend works for a company in Indiana that wants him to sign a policy change form which states that if an employee is injured on the job and has been put on light duty, the employee must take whatever light duty job that is open and accept the hours and pay for that job, even if it is a lowering paying job or on a different shift. He plans to refuse to sign it, but the company has told them that they cannot get their paychecks unless he signs the form. Is there anything that he can do without losing his job?
