Need information, I am handicap but able to work. I work security and the site I was at ended and the Company informed me that they will place me at a new possition if one opens up that I can do. Well 3 possition have opened and they filled them with other people from differnt site that isn't handicap and that requested the open post that I can do. The site that the other people come from I am unable to do. I call them daily to see if anything has open and the informed me they will let me know. Now is this a correct procedure to move someone else before giveing me a chance to do the site. Or should they place me there before moveing someone else to the only possition that I can do becase I am unable to do that person that is working now possition. I have been with this company for over 2 years. And to top it off they have a new medical plan and I can't be on it unless I work more than 32 hours a week. If i am luck they find me a site for 1 maybe 2 day a week some times less in a month. If you have any information please help.
