What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
i work as a cna for a handy cap person that is under the federal goverment workers comp program. program is called (owcp). i work 52 hours a week as a cna contractor for this person. my time is straight time because i filled out the schedule for that amount of time. when somebody else calls of sick at the last minute and i have the chance to work, the government won't pay overtime for those extra hours. they paid for emergency hours before under different claims examitors. this new (ce) won't pay the overtime for emergency coverage. the question is , can this new (ce) do that?
Thanks Dave
