What legal issues will result if an employer has used his inside contacts to acheive his unethical goals? My employer has some government funding situations that suggest that he has contacts within the state government. I suspect that my unemployment benefit difficulties are a result of his inside contact's interference. If I can expose this fact, and am seriously working on the issue, what kind of legal ramafications will my employer face?
I know for a fact that my employer has misappropriated funding and grants because some of this funding was for additional training I was supposed to have received and never did.
