What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

I work on the project from down below. Back in Janurary I complained of a crook in my neck. I was told by the safety manager to go to the onsite clinic to get checked out. Once I got there I was turned away because they said it wasn't work related. Once I returned to the office, one of the members from upper management excused himself from a meeting and escorted me back to the clinic. My manager wanted to come with me but upper management insisted he would take me. Once I went back to the clinic I was subjected to a drug and alcohol test. A few days after that I called down to the clinic to get a copy of my medical records, the clinic wouldn't release my records due to workers comp. and was talk to contact the group who was handling the workers comp for the project. I called the safety manager back and explained the issue. 2 hrs later I get an email from the guy who walked me down to the clinic that he wanted to see my about my medical records.

Has any of my rights been violated ?

No, although I think it's peculiar that you were refused access to your medical records on the basis that it was worker's comp.

Your manager/senior manager is free to escort you to the clinic and see your medical records if this is a work related injury. Your employer is also free to drug and alcohol test you; many companies have such a policy when an injury or illness is or may be caused by the job.
