During these past couple of months we have been noticing some issues with our manager and complaints have been filed but no one seems to review the work area or ask any questions. The main issue is we have various Co workers who have been feeling as if our manager is single us out. We have found out that one a Co worker was told that she would not be given a transfer to another location or to a new job because the manager does not like the person. Also she presented our Co worker with screenshots with employees showing people and our co-worker speaking in the office during break times. As well as telling other managers negative things about all of us. Not only that but she told our Co worker which is against company policy that someone had called the integrity hot line regarding her and other Co workers which we know is against company policy. We feel as if our voice is not being heard in our store location regarding this manager. She has denied anyone transferring to other locations at this point what can we do?

What kind of negative things?

There's not enough detail to say if there's anything at all for you to do. Based on what's been posted, the answer could range from anything from "Suck it up, Buttercup" to "Run, do not walk, to the nearest employment attorney" or anything in between. So give us some detail; the more the better.
